The bootcamp fundraiser turned out even better than I hoped. Collectively, our boot camp team raised over $600! This will be enough money to fully fund the next donation. Everyone who came had a great time working out with the trainers at Fitness Factory. The session was jam-packed with all different kinds of workouts for abs, legs, cardio, and everything in between. It was a great way to get everyone in our town involved, including my family and friends, my high school soccer team and other members of the community. It was cool for me to turn my love for working out into an event to raise money for such a great cause. This experience will help me pick out and plan fundraisers in the future. I will definitely choose to do another bootcamp fundraiser because the first one was so successful and fun. The only problem I ran into was having a smaller turnout than I had hoped. Because the event fell over the July 4th weekend, a lot of people who would have normally supported Wrapped In Love were on vacation. Besides that, it was great. Everyone who showed up had a great attitude and worked hard. That made the experience extremely enjoyable for me. I am hoping to donate the scarves purchased from this fundraiser to either Bridgeport Hospital or The Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center in New York. I would like to thank everyone who came to the fundraiser for their time and donations, and also thank those who could not make it but took the time to donate. I could not do what I do without your generous donations, and I thank you all so much! Check out the photos from the bootcamp below!
